Here are some hints and tips on accessing Adobe Express and templates for the first time.
Five Steps to Get Started
Step 1: Sign up to Adobe Express Premium
To enable you to use our digital brand assets and templates you will require an Adobe Express Premium plan. At the time of publishing this plan cost US$9.99.

Step 2: Register to access our Adobe digital brand toolkit
You will need to register your Adobe account to access to our toolkit library by completing this online form.
Once processed, you will receive an invitation to your registered email address from Adobe to join the library. This process is usually quick but can take up to 48 hours.

Step 3: Launching Adobe Express and locate our digital brand library [WATCH THE VIDEO]
To access the digital brand library:
From the Adobe Express homepage, click ‘Your stuff’ in the main menu.
Click the link to ‘Libraries'.
From your collection of available libraries, open the ‘Crowe Global - Digital Toolkit v1' library.
Within the library, you will have access to a collection of assets and templates intended to help you quickly and easily create on-brand digital communications.
In addition to the toolkit library, you will also be able to view and use files from your own Adobe libraries – perhaps you already have a collection of campaign or brand images that you have licensed. Please remember to only use images that meet the brand criteria.

Step 4: Add your licensed Crowe brand fonts in Adobe Express [WATCH THE VIDEO]
Whether you have purchased our recommended digital font, Helvetica Now, or are continuing to use Helvetica Neue or Helvetica, you will need to add your licensed fonts to Adobe Express.
This is a simple step and one you will only need to do once – Do not be tempted to use any of the other fonts available in Adobe Express.
To do this you will need to know where your fonts are stored on your computer.
How to locate your Helvetica font files
WINDOWS USERS: The default location for fonts in Windows: Fonts folder. Enter Fonts in the Windows search bar to open.
MAC OS USERS: The default location for fonts in macOS: System > Library > Fonts
If you are experiencing issues locating your font files try searching on your computer for files that contain of these suffixes [.ttf, .ttc, and .otf].

Click the upload link and browse for your font files. Add them to Adobe Express. These will now appear in your list of available fonts. You can now successfully start to edit your template.

· Keep it simple.
· Make the messaging interesting.
· Do notuse fonts other than the brand fonts.
· Use licensed imagery relevant to your message.
· Make bestuse of the post text, hashtags, and headline.
· Consider a multi-frame post – do not try and put everything into the image area.

Troubleshooting issues with Adobe Express
Common Issue
Suggested Fix or Solution
Unable to find the Digital Toolkit library in Adobe Express
Ensure you have accepted the invitation from Adobe. After acceptance, the library will appear inside the Adobe Express application under the My Stuff/Libraries' tab. If it is still missing, try logging out and logging back into Adobe Express.
Not receiving the invitation email
Check your junk or spam folder for an email from Adobe. If it is not there, confirm that the email address used for the invitation is the same as your Adobe account's email.
Invitation link not working
The invitation link may expire or have issues. Request a new invitation link. If problems persist, contact the person who sent you the invitation for further assistance or a direct link.
Access denied to the Digital Toolkit library
Access denied to the Digital Toolkit library Ensure you have accepted the invitation sent to your email by Adobe. If you have accepted the invitation and still face access issues, it might be a permissions problem; contact the library administrator or Adobe support for help.
Adobe Express application not showing in 'My Stuff/Libraries'
Ensure your Adobe Express application is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, navigation options may change or update; if you are using an outdated version, certain tabs or features might not appear as expected.
Library has disappeared from Adobe Express
If the library has vanished from Adobe Express, clear your browser history and cache, then restart your browser and Adobe Express. This action can resolve issues with data and cookies that may prevent the library from displaying properly.
Error creating a new file from a library template
If you're seeing the error 'We're unable to create your new file. Please try again.' when trying to create a new file from a library template, first ensure that your internet connection is stable. If the problem persists, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and restart Adobe Express. If the issue remains, contact Adobe Support for further assistance.
